Hello world! I'm Nelly! I was a tiny little babe... only a few weeks old when I was found and came to Tiny Tigers.  I have a HUGE personality! I love dogs and cats and am a professional snuggler and bird catcher!! (JK, really a feather toy).  Currently my foster dog sister is my favorite playmate! I prefer soft places to sleep and LOTS of attention.  I climb on my foster parents so they will hug me and give me lots of pets during the day! They LOVE having me and say that anyone who adopts me if the luckiest ever bc I am just purrfect!
